摘　　要：知识库的构建、知识网络地图的应用、知识型馆员的培养,是目前探讨最多的合作式数字参考咨询服务的知识管理应用。从知识管理系统的角度,将它们看成知识管理系统的三个实体组分,通过分享和激励克服共享障碍、通过熟悉的信息工具进行知识活动、以知识链统一知识管理与咨询流程这些知识管理系统的解决方案,能更好地发挥出合作式数字参考咨询的功能。The construction of knowledge base,the application of knowledge map,and the cultivation of the knowledge-type librarians,are currently the most discussed digital reference service of knowledge management application.From the angle of knowledge management system,they are regarded as three entity components knowledge management system.By sharing and incentive service culture,through the familiar information tools and the knowledge chain to unity knowledge management and consultation process,it can be better to play out the function of cooperation digital reference service.
