摘  要:[目的]为了证实SPRI-90827菌株所产生的次级代谢物生物活性,针对活性组分进行结构鉴定以及做了大量室内和田间生物测定试验。[结果]发现其活性组分的分子式为C17H26N8O5,结构式和灭瘟素(blasticidin-S)相仿。同时发现放线菌SPRI-90827所产生的次级代谢产物具有较强的杀菌活性。[结论]此化合物虽与灭瘟素结构相同,但在生物活性方面出现了显著不同,令人关注。The research was to prove the secondary metabolite bioactivity of strain SPRI-90827,which included structural identification of active ingredient and a lot of bioassay experiments in greenhouse and field.[Results] The molecular formula of the active substance was C17H26N8O5 and the structure was similar with the blasticidin-S at the same time we found the metabolite produced by actinomycetes SPRI-90827 had relatively strong fungi-activity.?[Conclusions] The compound's structure is same with blasticidin-S,but it had distinguish difference in bioactivity,which was attractive for research.
