摘  要:目的现场调查CO2灯诱法与紫外灯诱法的捕蚊效果。方法以每月3次的频率分别于日落前后2h,同时采取CO2灯诱法和紫外灯诱法诱捕蚊虫,连续诱捕6个月。结果 2种方法共捕获成蚊2483只,其中CO2灯诱法捕获成蚊1544只,紫外灯诱法捕获成蚊939只;CO2灯诱法捕获的成蚊密度〔11.20只(/灯·h)〕显著高于紫外灯诱法〔6.87只(/灯·h)〕。结论 CO2灯诱法捕蚊效果好于紫外灯诱法,是蚊虫密度监测的一种有效方法。Objective To compare the attracting effects of carbon dioxide(CO2) traps with ultraviolet(UV) light traps on mosquitoes in field settings. Methods Both approaches were used within a 2-hour window before and after sunset,three times monthly,for six consecutive months. Results A total of 2483 mosquitoes were captured,of which 1544 were attracted by CO2 traps and 939 by UV light. The density of mosquitoes captured by CO2 traps(11.20/lamp·hour) was significantly higher than by UV light traps(6.87/light·hour) . Conclusion The attracting effect of carbon dioxide traps was better than that of UV light traps. CO2 traps can be used to effectively monitor mosquito density.
