社区高血压综合防治中的关键控制点初探

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压综合防治过程中的关键控制点,便于在大面积综合防治中走捷径。方法应用高血压综合防治理论。结果制订工作计划和相关准备,宣传发动和专业培训,收集基础资料,高血压筛查,建立相关信息,高血压分级、分度、分层和分组,患者告知,健康教育与健康促进,检查考核,总结和评估。结论通过对高血压患者综防,提高患者知晓率、治疗率和控制率,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量,延长期望寿命。Objective To explore the key points of comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension,so as to find the short cut to comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension on a broader scale.Methods The theories of hypertension control were used.Results Work plan and preparations was made.Many work was done,such as propagation and professional training,data and information from hypertension examination collecting,classifying and grouping the patients,organizing inspection and assessment.Conclusion Hypertension occurrence was reduced and people＇s living quality and life-span was improved by the comprehensive control.
