摘　　要：庆1A是重庆中一种业有限公司用Q2B与越南抗稻瘟病材料X21杂交,F2代中选单株与美国材料Lemont复交,F4代再与野败型不育系Q2A测交并连续回交育成的优质籼型不育系,该不育系异交习性好,米质优(达国标1级),配合力强,中抗稻瘟病,2007年8月通过重庆市技术鉴定。用该不育系配组育成的杂交中籼新组合庆优78(庆1A/R78)产量高,抗病性较好,于2010年1月通过重庆市农作物品种审定。Qing 1A is a new WA-type CMS line with very go od grain quality in rice.It was developed by crossing a selected single plant f rom（Q2B×X21）F2 with Lemont,an American originated inbred rice variety with medium amylose content,testcrossing its following F4 single plants with WA-type CMS line Q2A and then backcrossing with Q2A succesively.It is characteri stic of stable male sterility,high outcrossing rate,good combining ability,fi ne grain quality with medium amylose content and medium blast resistance.Qing 1 A was technically identified by Chongqing Scientific and Technological Committee in August,2007.Qingyou 78 developed from Qing 1A and R78 is a new medium ind ica hybrid combination with high yield and medium blast resistance.It was cert ified and released to commercial production by Chongqing Crop Variety Release co mmittee in January,2010.
