摘　　要：目的探讨香丹注射液致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法以"香丹注射液"、"休克"、"不良反应"等为关键词检索2003～2011年中国期刊全文数据库文献,对文献中的有关数据进行统计分析。结果共检索到香丹注射液致过敏性休克的文献8篇,涉及患者病例8例。香丹注射液致过敏性休克的临床表现以循环系统损害、中枢神经系统损害、呼吸系统损害较为多见。结论香丹注射液致过敏性休克多为中老年患者,与剂量有一定关联性,不可超剂量用药,同时注射剂自身的因素也是导致不良反应的一个主要原因。香丹注射液致严重药品不良反应的情况虽不常见,但临床应用过程中应当高度重视。Objective Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan injection,provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods With ＂Xiangdan injection＂、＂shock＂、＂adverse reaction＂ as keywords retrieval in 2003 to 2011 China journal full-text database literature retrieval,altogether retrieve to 8 articles of anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan Injection,involves 8 patients,the author conducts a statistical analysis of the data.Results Anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan injection most are elderly patients,and dose relevant,shall not exceed dosage,meanwhile the Injection own factors also led to one of the major causes of adverse reactions.Conclusion Anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan injection most are elderly patients,and dose relevant,shall not exceed dosage,meanwhile the Injection own factors also led to one of the major causes of adverse reactions.Xiangdan injection that cause serious adverse drug reaction condition although not common,but clinical application process should attach great importance.
