综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸+水针综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为针刺(对照组)40例和针灸+水针(治疗组)40例,观察两组治疗前后疗效、临床症状、椎动脉血流、椎动脉直径的变化。结果:两组总有效率分别为95.0%和90.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.423,P>0.05);两组临床症状及体征的积分治疗后[(5.01±0.53)分、(7.51±0.58)分]明显低于治疗前[(10.01±0.77)分、(10.23±0.88)分](t=2.458、2.546,均P<0.05);两组治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.489,P<0.05);两组治疗前后椎动脉血流量比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.345、2.511、2.463、2.375,均P<0.05),两组治疗前后椎动脉直径比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.345、2.511、2.372、2.411,均P<0.05)。结论:针灸、水针综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,具有确切地改善椎动脉血管形态的作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of point injection plus acupuncture andmassotherapy for treating vertebral artery-type cervical spondylo-pathy.Methods： 80 cases with artery-type cervical spondylopathywere randomly allocated to acupuncture-moxibustion therapy（control group） 40 cases and point injection＋acupuncture-moxibustion therapy（control group） 40 cases;the changes of effects,clinical symptoms,vertebral artery,vertebral artery diameter before and after treatment were observed.Results： The total effective rate was 95.0% and 90.0% in the two groups,there was no significant difference（χ2=1.423,P〉0.05）;the integral of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment [（5.01±0.53） points,（7.51±0.58） min] were significantly lower than before treatment [（10.01±0.77） points,（10.23±0.88） points] in the two groups（t=2.458,t=2.546,all P〈0.05）;the integral of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment in two groups were statistically significance（t=2.489,P〈0.05）;the vertebral artery blood flow before and after treatment in two groups were significantly different（t=2.345,2.511,2.463,2.375,all P〈0.05）.The diameter of vertebral artery before and affer the treatment,there were significant differences（t=2.345,2.511,2.372,2.411,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Point injection plus acupuncture andmassotherapy have an exact improving effect on the morphology of the vertebral artery in treating vertebral artery-type cervical spondylopathy.
