摘　　要：目的:探讨气管插管期间非计划性拔管的原因及护理对策。方法:2003年5月～2010年5月对住院的脑血管意外气管插管患者发生的非计划性气管拔管事件原因进行回顾性分析。结果:非计划性拔管主要与未采用适当的约束保护、缺乏有效的固定、患者不能耐受及护理中操作不当等有关。结论:为避免气管插管期间非计划性拔管事件的发生,规范的操作和安全措施相结合对气管插管患者保证管道安全尤为重要。Objective： To explore the reason and strategy of unexpected extubation.Methods： To retrospectively analyze the reason of unexpected extubation in the patients with cerebral vascular accident from May 2003 to May 2010.Results： UEX was associated with absence of using appropriate protection,the lack of effective fixation,not being tolerated,and improper operation in nursing care.Conclusion： To avoid the accidence of UEX,the integration of standardized operational procedure and safetied measure is very critical.
