应用乳突皮质骨及自体砧骨行听骨链重建术远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察应用乳突皮质骨及自体砧骨行听骨链重建术的远期效果。方法：对因陈旧性中耳炎及外伤性传导聋的107耳行听骨链重建术,术后随访9个月～3年。对所有患者进行术前及术后48周纯音测听检测,分别计算0.5、1、2 kHz语言频率气导均值提高的程度。结果：107耳中有105耳听力有不同程度的提高,最少提高5 dB,最多提高30 dB以上。术后随访9个月～3年,仅有2例发生鼓膜再穿孔。结论：应用乳突皮质骨及自体砧骨行听骨链重建术远期疗效较好,乳突皮质骨及自体砧骨是很好的听骨链重建材料。Objective： To observe long-term effect of mastoid cortex and self-incus in reconstruction of ossieular chain. Methods： One hundred and seven ears with old otitis media or trauma were operated on and followed up for 9 month to 3 years. All patients were examined by pure tone test and auditory brain-stem response before and after reconstruction of os- sicular chain. The air conduction mean of language frequency was used to calculate elevated extent of hearing. Results： Hearing of 105 ears of all 107 ears increased from at least 5 dB to at most 30 dB. All patients were followed up for 9 month to 3 years, only 2 ears had taken place reperforation. Conclusion： Mastoid cortex bone and self-incus are feasible materiat to reconstruction of ossicular chain, While mastoid cortex and self-incus are good support material for reconstructing auditory ossicle chains.
