摘　　要：目的:探讨冰冻漱口液预防绒毛膜癌化疗患者口腔溃疡的效果。方法:将65例绒毛膜癌化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为30、35例,观察组使用冰冻碳酸氢钠或硼酸漱口液,对照组使用生理盐水。两组均于化疗第l天开始每天按要求执行口腔护理计划,连续10 d。结果:观察组口腔溃疡Ⅰ～Ⅳ级发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冰冻碳酸氢钠或硼酸漱口液可显著降低绒毛膜癌化疗患者口腔溃疡的发生率。Objective： To investigate the effect of chemotherapy in patients with choriocarcinoma about the prevention of frozen mouthwash for oral ulcers.Methods： 65 cases of choriocarcinoma were divided into 30 observation group and 35 control group.Patients in the observation group prevent by frozen boric acid or sodium bicarbonate mouthwash,when control group using saline.Two groups required daily oral care plan in the first day of chemotherapy.Results： Observation group were lower than the control group inⅠ-Ⅳ grade of oral ulcer（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Frozen baking soda or boric acid mouthwash can significantly reduce incidence of oral ulcers in the chemotherapy of choriocarcinoma.
