摘　　要：自１９９２ 年以来，随着各亚型谷氨酸载体氨基酸顺序逐渐被阐明，有关它们在中枢神经系统中的作用研究越来越深入，本文就谷氨酸载体的分布和结构、耦联的离子流。With the help of determined amino acid sequences of different glutamate transporter subtypes, great understanding about their role in central nervous system (CNS) has been achieved since 1992. In this review, we have discussed the recent progress in the following topics: (1) distribution and structure of glutamate transporters; (2) ion flux coupling of glutamate transport; (3) altered expression of glutamate transporters during the development of CNS; (4) the physiological role and pathological significance of glutamate transporters in CNS.
