摘 要:目的 观察语后聋患者植入多道程控人工耳蜗( S P C I型) 的疗效,使双耳全聋患者部分恢复听力和提高语音识别能力。方法 检测植入多道程控人工耳蜗语后聋的听阈和语音识别力。结果 3 例植入 S P C I的患者随访1 ~2 年余,能正确分辨各种环境声,能分清元音、辅音,对音调( 四声)有分辨能力。能完全分辨闭组词、句,开放组词为30 % ~34 % ,开放组句为45 % ~56 % 。结论 S P C I型多道程控人工耳蜗能部分恢复全聋患者的听力和言语交流能力。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of implantation of multiple channel programmed cochlea (SPCI) in postlingual deafness patients, and also to detect the partially recovered hearing acuity and ameliorated phonation identification capability of bilateral profound deafness patients. Methods Measuring hearing thresholds and speech identification capability of postlingual deafness patients after implantation of multiple channel programmed cochlea.Results 3 patients implanted with SPCI were followed up for 1~2years, and they could distinguish various ambient sounds correctly and were capable of differentiating vowels, consonants and four Chinese tones as well as closed words. Open words and phrases could be identified in 30%~40%, and open sentences in 45%~56%. Conclusion SPCI multiple channel programmed cochlea can partially recover hearing acuity and speech communicative ability for those profound deafness patients.(Shanghai Med J,1999,22:543 545)
