摘　　要：目的了解血液透析护士心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对60名血液透析护士进行心理健康水平的测评,并与常模比较,分析其影响因素。结果 60名血液透析护士SCL-90评分显示躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性因子得分显著高于常模(P<0.01),不同年龄的血液透析护士躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁和焦虑因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未婚(包括离异)和已婚的血液透析护士躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、职称的血液透析护士抑郁得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血液透析护士心理健康状况不容乐观,与年龄、婚姻状况、学历和职称有关,应采取行之有效的措施,进行干预,以促进血液透析护士的心理健康。Objective To study the mental health of hemodialysis nurses and influencing factors. Methods Sixty hemodialysis nurses tested by using SCL-90 and statistical analysis.The results were compared with Chinese women norms. Results The scores of comatization, obsessive symptom, depression, anxiety and psychopathy in sisty hemodialysis nurses were significantly higher than the norms （P0.01）; remarkable difference occurred to different age＇s nurses about somaization, obsessive symptom, depression and anxiety （P0.05）; for unmarried and married nurses,there was outstanding diffenrence in somotization, interpersional relationship, anxiety, obsessive symptom,depression and psychopathy （P0.05） ;different qualifications and designations were obviously related to the scores of depression （P0.01）. Conclusion The mental health levels of hemodialysis nurses are lower and influenced by age, marital statue, educational qualifications, designations and attendance state. They should be psychologically intervened.
