丹红注射液联合抗生素治疗老年人脓毒症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗脓毒血症疗效。方法:将46例本病患者随机分成两组,两组均采用常规的针对性西医治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用丹红注射液稀释后静脉滴注。结果:治疗一周后,观察治疗前后血常规、动脉血气分析、生命体征、临床症状。治疗组显效76.00%,有效16.00%,总有效率92%均较对照组显效49.83%,有效21.74%,总有效率69.56%,有非常显著性差异(P≤0.01)。中西医结合治疗脓毒血症疗效较好。Objective： To observe the effect of treating sepsis in the integrative medicine- Method： Divide 46 cases of patients into two groups, they were all treated conventional Western medicine, based on the control group, the treatment group was added Danhong injection and intravenous drip after dilution- Result： After treating for 1 week, observing the routine blood, arterial blood gas analysis, vital signs, clinical symptoms before and after treatment- In the treatment, the markedly effective rate was 76-00%, the effective rate was 16-00%, the total effective rate for 92%, in the control group, the markedly effective rate was 49-83%, the effective rate was 21-74%, the total effective rate for69-56%, there were significant difference （P≤0-01）- The effect of treating sepsis in the integrative medicine was better-
