仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予复方丹参注射液30ml,日1次静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服仙附温阳通络饮,两组患者局部创面给予常规消毒处理,4周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程,对结果进行统计学处理。结果:对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为68.75%和93.75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效肯定,疗效明显优于对照组。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin treating Yangxu Harming thromboangiitis obliterans- Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, in which, the control group received compound Danshen injection 30ml for one times a day in intravenous drip, while the treatment group drinking Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin besides received Danshen injection- In addition, both of the two groups＇ patients received local wound with conventional disinfection for 4 weeks for a course of treatment and 2 courses were observed in total, at the same time, statistical analysis of results- Results： The efficiency rate of the control group and the treatment group are 68-75% and 93-75%- It is obviously that the treatment is better than the control group, which has significantly difference （P〈0-01）- Conclusion： Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin treating Yangxu Harming thrombo -angiitis obliterans has significantly effect and which treatment obviously better than the control group-
