摘　　要：目的:观察漂浮膝损伤的治疗方法。方法:采用牵引,切开复位钢板内固定、髓内钉内固定及外固定等手术方法治疗漂浮膝损伤16例。结果:治疗满意率达90%以上。结论:选择合适的内固定材料,并尽快同时行两处骨折坚强的内固定及术后进行早期功能锻炼,是保证膝关节功能恢复的关键。手术固定物的选择:应遵循固定牢靠、手术创伤小、恢复快的原则。Objective： To observe the treatment methods- Methods： Treating 16 cases of floating knee injury with traction, open reduction to treat 16 cases of floating knee injury with internal steel plate fixation, intramedullary nail and external fixation and other sur -gical methods- Result： The satisfaction rate of treatment was more than 90%- Conclusion： Selecting the appropriate internal fixation ma -terials, and doing internal fixation of two fractures, giving patients early postoperative functional exercise, were the key of ensuring recov -ery of knee function- The selection of implant surgery： Should follow principles of the rigid fixation, little surgical trauma and faster recovery-
