摘 要:目的:评价高频超声对乳腺微小钙化灶的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析79例乳腺钙化患者的术前超声表现,与钼靶X线片结果对照,对比分析乳腺良恶性钙化的声像图特点及其诊断价值。结果:65个乳腺微小钙化灶中,高频超声共显示出43个(66.1%),其中对恶性病变的微小钙化灶显示率(83.8%)大于良性病变(31.2%,P<0.05)。在声像图中,高频超声对低回声背景内的微小钙化灶的显示率(96.5%)大于正常回声背景内的微小钙化灶的显示率(15.3%,P<0.05)。结论:高频超声可以显示乳腺微小钙化灶,对乳腺恶性病变和声像图中低回声背景内的微小钙化灶显示较好。当超声发现多发微小钙化时,多提示为恶性病变。Objective:To assess the value of high frequency ultrasonography in demonstrating the microcalcifications in breast.Methods:Breast calcifications in 84 patients were retrospectively reviewed and compared with mammography.The ultrasonographic characteristics of the breast benign ang malignant calcifications were analyzed for improving the differential diagnosis.Result:The detection rate of breast microcalcification on US was 82.6%,which was high about 92.7% in malignant microcalcification and only 61.5% in benign lesions.The sensitivity and specificity of Us in diagnosing malignant microcalcification was 80% and 84%,especially,the diagnostic accuracy rate of microcalcifications within masses was obvious higher than those without masses.Conclusion:High frenquency ultrasonography can detect microcalcifications and has a better visibility of microcalcifications within malignant lesions and hypoechoic lesions.The lesion is highly possible to be malignant if multiple microcalcifications are found.
