中药辨证施治治疗痤疮 120例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药辨证施治治疗痤疮的方法及疗效观察。方法:我院从2008年4月～2010年5月对门诊就诊病人采用中药辨证施治治疗痤疮,将120例患者分为治疗组及对照组进行比较。结果:病程3个月～10年。两组性别、年龄、病情方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药因其在使用上辨证施治、从整体调节机体的内环境,又在一定程度上避免了长期应用激素和抗生素带来的副作用,在痤疮的治疗上有着确切的疗效且广泛应用于临床。以往中医治疗痤疮的报道多见以单种疗法,近年来中医综合治疗方法逐渐开展并得到肯定的治疗效果。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on treating acne with TCM. Methods： Choosing 120 patients with acne treated in TCM in our hospital from April 2008 to May 2010 and divided into treatment group and control group. Results： Course of disease from 3 months to 10 years. Gender, age, disease of two groups of was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine because of its using on dialectical essencial etiopathogenesis, from the whole regulate of body＇s internal environment and avoided long-term application effects of hormone and antibiotics, had exact treatment effect on treating acne and widely used in clinic. Previous reports of treating ache in TCM with single therapy, in recent years, with the development of integrative medicine and get a positive therapeutic effect.
