“蓄水”法探讨治疗卵巢早衰

摘　　要：卵巢早衰的治疗至今仍是西医学棘手难题之一,而中医学根据其特有的"整体观念"和"辨证论治"指导思想,在该疾病的发生发展方面有着自身独立特殊的认识,且在卵巢早衰的治疗上占有明显优势,但目前中医治疗仍存在一定的难点和疑问,尤其在后期卵巢功能恢复与典型症状-闭经的根治中,需要整理思路和积极进行下一步的探索。故本文基于基础理论和临床实践,提出"蓄水"法并结合卵巢早衰诊疗全过程加以阐释,旨在阐明"蓄水"法机理同时能为卵巢早衰中医治疗起到试探性作用。The treatment of premature ovarian failure is still one of difficult problems in Western medicine, but TCM according to its unique whole concept and TDS guidelines, has their own special and independent understanding in the development of the disease, and has obvious advantages on treating premature ovarian failure. But TCM treatment still have some difficulties and questions, especially in the late recovery of ovarian function and the typical symptoms-menopause radical, which need to organize ideas and explore the next step actively. So this paper raise Xushui therapy based on basic theory and clinical practice, elaborate Xushui therapy combined with the whole diagnosis process of premature ovarian failure, to clarify the Xushui therapy mechanism, play a role in exploratory on treating premature ovarian failure with TCM.
