摘　　要：目的:制备消脂益肝口服液并观察其临床疗效。方法:建立消脂益肝口服液的制备及质量控制等方法,并进行临床观察。结果:消脂益肝口服液制备工艺可靠,质量可靠,临床总有效率92.5%,未发现明显不良反应。结论:本制剂组方科学,工艺合理,质量稳定,临床疗效确切,使用方便,值得推广应用。Objective： Preparing Xiaozhi Yigan oral and observe the clinical effect. Methods： Setting up the preparation of Xiaozhi Yigan oral and quality control. Results： Preparation and quality of Xiaozhi Yigan oral was reliable, the total effective rate was 92.5% , no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The preparation scientific and rational, quality stable, significant clinical effect, convenient to use, should be widely applied.
