摘　　要：检测左心房功能的随龄演变规律。方法选择天津市四所高校的健康知识分子３２０例，年龄２６～９０岁，行超声心动图检查，同步记录Ⅱ导心电图并实时录像。结果左房容积随年龄的增加而增加；左房管道容积随年龄的增加而降低；左房主动排空容积及左房射血力均随年龄明显增加；蓄储容积随年龄增加。结论左房的管道功能随年龄降低，而蓄储功能和辅泵功能随年龄增加。Objective To reveal the changes of left atrial function in different age groups of theintellectuals. Methods 320 healthy intellectuals from four Tianjin universities were selected in the research. 2-DE and PW echocardlography were performed on all individuals. The echocardiography andelcctrocardiography were recorded synchronously. Results Left atrial volumes became greater with ad-vaneing age. CV decreased with aging, but left atrial active emptying volume and ejection force increasedwith aging. Conclusion Advancing age is associated with depressed left atrial conduit function, in-creased storage function and booster bump function.
