摘　　要：目的：了解老年人有关细菌性感染伴发热的病原菌及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群变化。方法：对１１６ 例老年细菌感染伴发热的病原菌进行检测，并采用ＡＰＡＡＰ法观察其外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果：老年人细菌感染伴发热的病原菌以表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠埃希氏菌等居多，且其外周血中ＣＤ３ 细胞，ＣＤ４ 细胞均明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：老年人细菌感染伴发热与Ｔ淋巴细胞功能改变有关。Objective:To invesfigate the changes of T-lymphocytes subsets and the species of bacteria in old patients with fever and bacterial infection.Methods:We examined the species of bacteria on the sputa,urine and blood from 116 old patients,meanwhile,we studied the subsets of T-lymphocytes with the technique of APAAP.Result:S epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli are the main species in those old patients.The percentages of activated CD 3 and CD 4 are significantly lower than 25 healthy donors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The changes of T-lymphocytes subsets may contribute to bacterial infection and fever in those old patients.
