高浓度氯化钾微泵注射治疗老年重度低钾血症24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高浓度氯化钾微泵注射治疗老年重度低钾血症的疗效。方法老年重度低钾血症患者48例随机分为试验组和对照组，各24例，对照组行常规方法补钾，试验组行高浓度氯化钾微泵注射治疗，不同的方法补充氯化钾后观察两组的疗效。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组，且未出现明显不良反应。结论微泵注射高浓度氯化钾治疗老年重度低钾血症患者安全、有效。Objective To study the high concentrations of potassium chloride in treatment of severe hypokalemia with micro-pump injection in elderly patients. Methods Elderly patients with severe hypokalemia on 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group.There are 24 patients in each group.The control group underwent conventional methods to supply potassium, the experimental group underwent the high concentrations of potassium chloride with micro-pump injection,different methods were used to supplement potassium chloride in every group,and curative effect was observed after that. Result The Curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and there was no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The high concentrations of potassium chloride with micro-pump injection in treatment of severe hypokalemia in elderly patients is safe and effective.
