五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的量效关系探导

摘　　要：目的：探导不同剂量的五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎产生的量效关系。方法：不同剂量的五灵丸配合抗病毒，休息及基本的保肝治疗。将患者随机分成4组进行疗效观察，对照比较。结论：五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎存在着明显的量效依赖其中以每日18克为最适宜剂量。剂量进一步加大有使谷草转氨酶升高的风险。The goal of the article is to discover the relationship between the dosage of Wuling pill （WLP） and effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B （HBV）. In order to attain the goal, we take samples of patients, separate them into 4 different groups with different dose of WLP, and give them anti-virus and basic liver-protecting treatment. We find out that the causation relation between the dosage of WLP and the therapeutic effect in treating HBV is significant. Besides, the optimal dose of WLP is exactly 18 gramme per day, and too much intake of WLP will add to the risks of pushing up glutamic-oxaloaeetic transaminase（AST） index in body.
