摘 要:分析了我国钢铁工业和大中型钢铁企业能耗现状及与先进产钢国家能耗的差距,重点剖析了能耗指标的构成、影响因素及节能潜力。通过分析并结合企业实际,提出了流程优化、余热余能回收及能源管理等节能对策,分析了管理节能和技术节能对企业能耗指标的影响。The energy consumption status of the steel industry,the large and medium steel enterprises in our country and the gap between them and the advanced countries were analyzed.The composition of consumption indicators,the influence factors and the energy saving potential were mainly studied.Through analysis and combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,the energy saving methods such as the process optimization,the waste heat recovery and the energy management were pointed out,and the influence of the management and technology energy saving on the enterprise energy index was analyzed.
