摘　　要：目的：介绍复方甲紫溶液定性与定量检验的方法。方法：分光光度法。结果：定性检验灵敏度高，含量测定平均回收率（ｎ＝ ３）盐酸丁卡因为９９ ．５１ ％ ，ＲＳＤ＝ ０ ．５９ ％ ；甲紫为１００ ．２ ％ ，ＲＳＤ＝ ０．１７。结论：方法简便快捷，结果准确可靠，适用于复方甲紫溶液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To introduce a method for qualitative and quantitative determination of compound methylrosaniline chlorid solution by spectrophotometry.METHODS:Spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The arerage recovery of tetracaine hydrochloride and methylrosanilin chloride were 99.51% ( RSD = 0.59% ) and 100.2% ( RSD = 0.17% ).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and could be used to control quality.
