摘  要:对油茶苗木失水程度与酶活性(多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)、丙二醛含量、电导率等生理生化特性以及栽植成活率的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在失水量分别为10%、20%、30%和40%时,多酚氧化酶活性分别为0.654、0.734、0.612和0.513 U.min-1.g-1;过氧化物酶活性分别为13.635、16.514、12.511和9.021 U.min-1.g-1;过氧化氢酶活性分别为3.153、4.021、3.011和1.412 U.min-1.g-1;丙二醛含量分别为45.28、50.98、61.42和73.72μmol.g-1;相对电导率分别为34.88%、38.07%、48.90%和50.45%;且造林成活率分别为91.1%、80.0%、6.7%和0%。今后在油茶栽植过程中,一定要注意苗木的保鲜措施,使失水程度控制在20%以内。Relationship between the dehydration degree of Camellia oleifera seedlings and the enzyme ac-tivities of polyphenoloxidase(PPO),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),and other characteristics such as the content of MDA,the relative conductivity and planting survival rate were studied in this paper.The results showed that when the oil-tea seedlings dehydrated by 10%,20%,30% and 40%,the activity of PPO were respectively 0.654,0.734,0.612 and 0.513 U·min-1·g-1;the activity of POD were respectively 13.635,16.514,12.511 and 9.021 U·min-1·g-1;the activity of CAT were respectively 3.153,4.021,3.011 and 1.412 U·min-1·g-1;the content of MDA were respectively 45.28,50.98,61.42 and 73.72 μmol·g-1;the relative conductivity were respectively 34.88%,38.07%,48.90% and 50.45%;the planting survival rates were respectively 91.1%,80.0%,6.7% and 0%.The seedlings should be kept fresh and the dehydration degree maintains within 20% in the planting process
