摘  要:为探讨肉牛在运输过程中风速风向和温湿度对肉牛的影响,给防制"肉牛运输应激综合征"提供科学的参数,以及为运牛车车厢结构的改进提供依据,采取了亲处运牛车车厢内进行测量的方法,分别对有蓬运牛车和无蓬运牛车车厢内风速风向、温湿度进行了测量试验。结果表明,运牛车厢内风速都随车速按线性关系增加而增大,车厢前部风速与车厢后部风速、无蓬车厢内风速与有蓬车厢内风速差异都极显著(P<0.01);运牛车厢内温度随车速按线性关系增加而下降;运牛车厢内风向和湿度随车速无规律性变化。综上所述,在气温稍高的季节,采用有蓬车厢运输车进行肉牛的运输对防制"肉牛运输应激综合征"有积极作用。In order to investigate wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity which affect the beef cattle during transport, to provide scientific parameters for controlling " transport stress syndrome of beef cattle ", and to provide a basis for improving the cattle truck structure. Wind speed and direction, temperature, and humidity were measured inside the cattle truck with and without covered tent, respectively. The results showed that wind speed raised with increasing speed of the cattle truck according to the linear relationship. The wind speed of front and rear inside compartment of the cattle truck were different (P 〈0.01); the wind speed of covered tent and not covered tent compartment were different(P 〈0.01); the temperature decreased inside compartment with increasing speed of the cattle truck according to the linear relationship. However, wind direction and the humidity inside compartment did not change regularly. So there were some positive effects on controlling " transport stress syndrome of beef cattle "when the cattle truck with covered tent was used for cattle transportation in the season of slightly higher temperature.
