摘 要:目的:探讨FPN1基因多态性与HiHiLo训练效果的关联性。方法:选取70名健康受试者在模拟海拔2 800 m高度进行30 d HiHiLo训练(低氧暴露10 h/d、除白天常氧训练外,以75%.VO2max强度每周进行3次低氧训练),测定训练前、训练后第4 d、第7 d、第16 d、第23 d和第30 d的RBC、Hct和Hb等血象指标,应用PCR-RFLP方法解析基因多态性。结果:FPN1基因rs1123110和rs4145237多态性与血象指标的初始值不关联。经30 d HiHiLo训练训练后,rs1123110位点TT型RBC、Hb、Hct的平均增加量显著高于TC型;TT型Hb、Hct从第7 d、RBC从第16 d开始显著增加并持续至第30 d。rs4145237位点GG型RBC、Hb、Hct的平均增加量显著高于CG型;GG型Hb、Hct、RBC从第16 d开始显著增加,随后持续升高至第30 d。结论:rs1123110的TT型和rs4145237的GG型与HiHiLo训练效果关联,可以作为预测血象指标训练效果的分子标记。Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate association between FPN1 gene polymorphism and effect of HiHiLo training.Methods: Seventy health subjects completed thirty-day HiHiLo program at the mock height of 2800m above the sea level(hypoxia exposure 10hr every day,trained in the hypoxic environment 3 times with 75%VO2max every week,and trained at sea level everyday),and physiological parameters,such as RBC,Hct,Hb,were tested before the training and the 4th,7th,16th,23rd,30th day after the training.Gene polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR-RFLP.Results: There was no significant difference on the baseline of hematological parameters with rs1123110 and rs4145237 polymorphism either.Average increase of RBC,Hb and Hct with TT genotype was significantly higher than TC genotype in rs1123110 after HiHiLo training for 30 days.Both Hb and Hct with TT genotype were significantly increased from seventh day,and RBC was from sixteenth day to over training.Average increase of RBC,Hb and Hct with GG genotype was significantly higher than CG genotype in rs1123110,and Hb,Hct,RBC were significantly increased from sixteenth to over training.Conclusion: TT genotype of rs1123110 and GG genotype of rs4145237 were association to affect of HiHiLo training.Therefore,it would be used to genetic marker for predicting the affect of hematology parameters.
