红色资源融入野外生存生活教育对大学生就业理念和心理承受能力影响研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实验、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,通过在井冈山红色资源融入大学生野外生存生活教育活动中实施就业教育的实验研究。结果表明:学生的人生观、价值观发生积极转变;就业观趋于正确,期望值趋于理性;创新精神和创业意识增强;提高了走向社会的自信心;责任心与合作精神和能力得到加强;抗挫折能力和勇敢顽强意志品质得到磨炼。进而端正了大学生就业理念,提高了就业心理承受能力。Through the methods of documentation,experiment,survey and statistics,the experimental research was made to investigate the effect of integrating Jinggangshan revolutionary resources into activity of outdoor survival education programs for implementing employment education in college students.The results showed a series of improvement in student＇s consciousness,such as positive changes in their outlook on life and values,more rational employment concepts and expectations for their future job,improvements of their innovation and entrepreneurship,self-confidence in society,responsibility,cooperation and ability,as well as their ability of anti-frustration and the quality of courage and indomitable.Thereby,correct concept of employment and the mental endurance on facing the employment was built in the college students.
