摘  要:基于DEFORM3D软件,采用刚粘塑性有限元理论,运用三维有限元研究紫铜管行星轧制过程中金属的温度和形状变化。结果表明,在整个轧制变形区中在轧制过程铜管的温度逐渐升高,最高温度为753℃,由于热传导管坯在与轧辊接触之前温度达到386℃。三辊行星轧制过程中管坯从咬入、减径减壁到精整成型的全过程中要经受一个由圆形、三角形、再归到圆形的变形过程,这是变形过程中管坯沿径向和周向变形的不均匀造成的。The temperature variation and form variation during the planetary rolling process the pure copper tube are investigated based on the software DEFORM 3D with the finite element theory of plasticity and 3D finite element method.The simulation results show that the temperature of tube is gradually increased in whole rolling regon during rolling process.And the max temperature is 753℃,the temperature of the tube billets while contacting the rollers reaches to 386℃ because of the heat conduction.The deformation is from roundness through triangle back to roundness during the 3-roll planetary rolling process from in-bite,diameter reduction,wall reduction,and finally to tube finishing.The causation led to the deformation process is ununiform tube deformation along with circum-direction and radial.
