摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米ZnO,用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜表征纳米ZnO的结构和形貌,制成薄膜研究其光催化性能。结果表明,在450~650℃范围内,随着焙烧温度增加,ZnO的结晶度和晶粒尺寸均增大。纳米ZnO的光催化性能在焙烧温度为650℃时较好。ZnO薄膜(4 cm×2 cm)光催化氧化降解苯酚溶液的适宜条件为苯酚溶液初始浓度0.145g/L,H2O2(30%)用量70.0mL/L,膜的纳米ZnO粉体用量为0.070g,室温下用两只40W荧光灯照射90m in。最佳条件下苯酚降解率可达95%。Nanometer ZnO powders are prepared by sol-gel process.Structures and surface morphology are characterized by using X-ray diffraction and Transmission electron microscope.The photocatalytic capability of ZnO film is investigated.The results show that the crystal extent and particle size augmented are increased with the increase of the roasting temperature from 450℃ to 650℃.When roasting temperature is 650℃,the photocatalytic capability of nanometer ZnO is preferable.The optimal condition is as follows: the initial concentration of phenol of 0.145g/L,H2O2 dosage of 70.0mL/L and ZnO dosage of 0.070g in the film(4cm×2cm),the lighting time of 90min at room temperature by fluorescent lamp of two 40W.The degradation rate of phenol is 95% under the optimal condition.
