摘　　要：综述了超高温难熔金属硼化物/碳化物复相陶瓷材料的研究现状,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了今后的发展方向。The present status of research and application of ultra-high temperature materials such as refractory metal diboride/carbide ceramic composites is summarized.The existing problems were analyzed,and the research tendency in the future is put forward.
