摘  要:利用三唑磷对中华乌塘鳢进行毒性效应实验,结果表明,三唑磷对中华乌塘鳢的12、24、36、48 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为:635、241、116、58μg/L-1。24 h暴露后,1、10、100、500、1 000μg/L各浓度组之间试验动物脑乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活存在显著差异(P>0.05);48 h暴露后,1、10、100μg/L浓度组之间实验动物脑乙酰胆碱酯酶酶活存在显著差异(P>0.05),而500μg/L、1000μg/L浓度组之间酶活差异不显著(P<0.05)。随着浓度升高,以及暴露时间的增加,酶活抑制率也相应上升。抑制率在低浓度暴露条件下(1μg/L、10μg/L),随着暴露浓度升高、暴露时间增加呈现出明显的梯度;而在高浓度暴露条件下,浓度升高、暴露时间增加对酶活抑制率影响不大。This research presents the Chinese ocellated gudgeon that exposed to triazophos for different time and pesticide concentrations.The results of acute toxicity and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) toxicity were gained:(1) 50% lethal concentrations(LC50) of experimental fish were 635,241,116 and 58 μg/L for 12,24,36 and 48 h exposure time respectively.(2) Chinese ocellated gudgeon were exposed to triazophos for 24 h,the brain AChE activity of fish were significantly different among different concentration groups(P0.05).After 48h exposure time,the AChE activity of low concentration groups(1~100 μg/L) showed the significant differences,but that in the high concentration groups(500~1 000 μg/L) were not significant differences(P0.05).(3)With the exposure concentration and enhancing time,the AChE activity inhibition was corresponding increased.Under the low concentration conditions exposed(1~10 μg/L),the inhibition of AChE activity were well gradient as the exposure concentration increased.Among high concentration exposure groups,the inhibition of AChE showed not significant differences with the exposure concentration and time rising.
