副银屑病患者皮损糖皮质激素受体α和β表达的研究

摘　　要：目的了解副银屑病患者皮损中糖皮质激素受体(glucocorticoid receptor,GR)表达情况,利用免疫组织化学方法检测患者皮损和正常皮肤标本中GR-α、GR-β的表达,探讨其表达在发病中的作用。方法选择22例临床诊断为副银屑病患者皮损,22例外科手术切取的健康皮肤作为正常对照。用免疫组织化学链酶卵白素-过氧化物酶法(SP法)检测副银屑病患者皮损与正常对照组皮肤GR-α、GR-β的表达强度。结果 2组GR-α表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者组GR-β表达强度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GR 2种亚型之间表达比例的失衡在副银屑病的病理过程中起重要作用。Objective In order to understand the role and significance of the glucocorticoid receptor （GR） expressions in parapsoriasis skin lesions, the expressions of GR - α and GR - 13 were investigated with immunohistochemistry method on the healthy skin and lesions. Methods Twenty -two patients with parapsoriasis were enrolled into this study. The twenty - two healthy adult ＂s skin was as controls,which were taken by surgical operation. Results The expression of GR - α had no significant lifference between the two groups. The intensity of the GR -β expression in the patients group were significantly higher than those of normal control group. Conclusion Unbalanced expression of GRs plays an important role in the pathologic progress of parapsoriasis .
