摘　　要：随着全球经济金融一体化的深入,大宗商品贸易发展迅猛,向商业银行在其实践操作中的风险控制提出了挑战。本文着重探讨商业银行大宗商品结构贸易融资的风险评估,从大宗商品结构贸易融资的风险入手,介绍了风险评估的理论基础,并采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立风险评估体系。Along with the deeply global economy financial integration,commodity trading is developing rapidly,and brings commercial banks the opportunity to develop commodity structured trade finance.Meanwhile,it also poses a challenge to commercial banks to control risk in practice operation.This paper focuses on the risk assessment of commercial bank＇s commodity structured trade finance.Starting with analysis of the risk of commodity structured trade finance,this paper introduces the theoretical foundation of risk assessment,and then establishes risk assessment model.
