鼻内镜下治疗真菌性鼻窦炎43例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的操作体会。方法采用鼻内镜治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎手术43例,随访6～12个月,回顾分析手术操作技巧对疗效的影响。结果 40例治愈,2例好转,1例无效,治愈率93%。结论合理运用手术操作技巧能彻底消除病灶,最大限度地恢复鼻腔、鼻窦的生理功能,避免病变复发。对于特殊病例,采用鼻内镜联合下鼻道开窗术,创伤小、术后反应轻,疗效好。Objective To discuss the surgical techniques about treatment of non-aggressive fungal sinusitis by nasal endoscope. Methods To adopt the endoscopic sinus surgery to treat 43 cases of non-aggressive fungal sinusitis and to analyze the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. All patients have a follow-up examinations for 6 months - 12 months. Results 40 cases （93%） are cured, 2 cases are improved, 1 case is inefficient. Conclusion using proper surgical techniques can eliminate the focus of infection completely, fully resume physielogical function of nasal cavi- ty and sinus, and avoid the possibility of relapse. For special cases, inferior nasal meatus window operation are used under nasal endoscope. This surgical operation＇ s type has the advantages of small operation wound, slight adverse effects, and better curative.
