摘  要:采用双酚A型氰酸酯改性双马树脂,研制了一种新型无溶剂耐高温双马树脂基体,研究了树脂体系的黏度特性和固化反应动力学,进行了改性树脂体系的力学性能与耐热性研究,实现了T700CF/双马树脂基复合材料的湿法缠绕成型工艺。结果表明,改性双马树脂的拉伸强度为75.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为2.4%,弯曲强度为111 MPa,玻璃化转变温度为227.9℃。该改性双马树脂体系的黏度适中、适用期长且适于湿法缠绕,T700CF/双马树脂基复合材料的纵向拉伸强度为1 668 MPa,纵向弯曲强度为1 590 MPa,层间剪切强度为73.3MPa。A new-style solventless heat-resistant bismaleimide resin matrix modified by bisphenol A type cyanate resin was developed.Various basic performances of the modified bismaleimid system such as Viscosity and curing kinetics and mechanical properties and heat resistance were characterised.The results showed that tensile strength of the modified bismaleimide resin was 75.6 MPa,tensile elongation 2.4%,flexural strength 111 MPa and glass transition temperature 227.9℃.Modified bismaleimide matrix system has relatively lower viscosity and longer working life,so more suits to the wet winding technics.The wet winding method was applied to the preparation of T700 carbon fiber reinforced bismaleimide resin composites.The longitudinal tensile strength of composites was 1 668 MPa,longitudinal flexural strength 1 590 MPa,and interlaminar shear strength was 73.3 MPa.
