摘 要:本研究首次采用了较大功率和剂量(5mW和25mW × 60mins)的 He-Ne地激光对实验性糖尿病兔进行了血管内照射,检测了照射前后血液流变学 性质的变化。结果发现两种剂量的照射均能改善血液流变学性质,而大剂量组并未 表现出优越性,同时本次实验过程中未发现受照射兔有任何不适或溶血现象。Greater power and dosage(5mW and 25mW - 60min) He - Ne laser was used for the first time to provide intravascular irradiation to New Zealand rabbits with Alloxan-diabetes. The variations of their hemorheology properties were observed before and after radiation. As aresult we found that both two dosages of laser irradiation could improve hemorheology properties and the greater dosage of irradi-ation couldn't perform better. In addition,no hemolysis and healthy abnormity were found in irradiated rabbits in this research.
