光动力疗法联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结光动力疗法联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的护理要点。方法对本院收治的33例中晚期食管癌患者实施光动力联合化疗,在治疗过程给予针对性的护理。观察患者疗效,并总结治疗护理要点。结果光动力疗法联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者总有效率为90.9%,治疗过程5例患者发生丘疹红斑,6例发生胸骨后疼痛,1例发生急性左心衰,5例出现骨髓抑制,3例出现口腔炎等。结论光动力治疗联合化疗治疗中晚期食管癌,效果较好。护理方面要求治疗前应加强患者心理护理和疾病知识健康教育,以便增强患者治疗的信心;治疗过程既要考虑患者光动力治疗后出现的不良反应又要考虑化疗后出现的一系列并发症,其是晚期食管癌患者顺利治疗的保证。Objective To summarize nursing strategies for advanced esophageal cancer treated with photodynamic therapy combined with chemotherapy. Methods 33 patients of advanced esophageal cancer treated by photodynamic combination chemotherapy in our hospital before during and after the treatment were nursed.The efficacy was observed,and the main points of treatment and care were summarized.Results By photodynamic therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer,the overall effective rate was 90.9%.Only 5 cases had red rash,6 cases chest pain after photodynamic therapy,1 case acute heart failure,5 cases bone marrow suppression,and 3 cases stomatitis. Conclusions When photodynamic therapy combined with chemotherapy is used on patients with advanced esophageal caner,we should not only consider adverse reactions after photodynamic therapy,but also consider a series of complications after chemotherapy.Mental care and health education should be enhanced to strengthen their confidence in treatment.
