舒康博G水凝胶敷料治疗老年患者外周静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒康博G水凝胶敷料治疗老年患者外周静脉炎的效果。方法给予32例Ⅱ级及以上外周静脉炎老年患者采用舒康博G水凝胶敷料外贴治疗,分别在使用后4h、24h、48h、72h观察静脉炎局部情况,比较处理前后静脉炎分级、疼痛评分及治疗效果。结果患者治疗后静脉炎分级及疼痛情况明显改善,与治疗前比较,均P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后4h、24h、48h总有效率分别为62.5%、93.7%、100.0%。结论舒康博G水凝胶敷料治疗老年患者外周静脉炎起效快,疗效好,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of Suprasorb G dressing on peripheral phlebitis in elderly patients.Methods 32 elderly patients with phase Ⅱ or above peripheral phlebitis above were managed with Suprasorb G dressing.The peripheral phlebitis was observed at 4 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment,respectively.The grading of phlebitis,pain score and curative effect were compared.Results After treatment with Suprasorb G,the phlebitis and the pains were significantly improved,compared to posttreatment（P 〈0.001）.The total effective rates 4 h,24 h,and 48 h after treatment were 62.5%,93.7%,and 100.0%.Conclusion Suprasorb G dressing is good and convenient for treating peripheral phlebitis in elderly patients and may be promoted in clinical practice.
