2005～2009年平阴县从业人员“五病”检查结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]进一步了解从业人群＂五病＂罹患情况,为防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2005-2009年平阴县20856名从业人员健康检查资料进行分析。[结果]2005-2009年累计体检从业人员20 856人,查出＂五病＂人员701人,罹患率为3.36%。其中,病毒性肝炎罹患率为3.16%,细菌性痢疾罹患率为0.12%,伤寒和副伤寒罹患率为0.05%,化脓性渗出性皮肤病罹患率为0.01%,活动性肺结核罹患率为0.02%。2005-2009年＂五病＂罹患率分别为3.11%、3.39%3、.41%、3.40%、3.46%。2005-2009年＂五病＂罹患率,食品从业人员、公共场所从业人员、直接供管水人员分别为3.12%、4.47%、2.53%（P〈0.01）;男性与女性分别为3.97%、2.94%（P〈0.01）;17-19岁、20-29岁、30-39岁、40-49岁、≥50岁的分别为5.44%、3.67%、2.98%、3.11%、1.32%（P〈0.01）。[结论]平阴县从业人群＂五病＂罹患率较低,病毒性肝炎仍然是罹患的主要疾患。[Objective] To understand the incidence of ＂five diseases＂ among employees in Pingyin county,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of physical examination results among 20 856 employees in Pingyin county,2005-2009.[Results]Among 20 856 employees,701 of them were detected suffering from ＂five diseases＂,the incidence rate was 3.36%.The incidence rate of viral hepatitis,bacillary dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid,purulent dermatosis and active pulmonary tuberculosis was respectively 3.16%,0.12%,0.05,0.01% and 0.02%.The annual incidence rate was respectively 3.11%,3.39%,3.41%,3.40% and 3.46% in 2005-2009.There was significant difference in incidence rate among employees in different workplaces（P0.01）.The incidence was higher in male than female（P0.01）.There was significant difference in incidence rate among different age groups（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The prevalence of ＂five diseases＂ is at low level,and viral hepatitis is still the focus disease among employees in Pingyin county.
