2004～2008年洛阳市其他感染性腹泻病发病情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析洛阳市其他感染性腹泻病（以下简称腹泻病）流行概况和特征,为制订控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对洛阳市2004-2008年腹泻病监测资料进行描述性分析。[结果]2004-2008年累计报告腹泻病14 863例,年均报告发病率为46.50/10万。各年报告发病率分别为43.17/10万、40.70/10万、53.98/10万、53.50/10万、41.16/10万。2004-2008年年均发病率,男性为53.84/10万,女性为38.84/10万（P〈0.05）;0-5岁为256.04/10万,6-14岁为27.43/10万,15-29岁为23.25/10万,30-44岁为26.24/10万,45-59岁为28.56/10万,≥60岁为63.94/10万。2004-2008年报告的14 863例中,6-8月发病的占41.43%,11月发病的占14.44%;0-5岁儿童占40.24%。累计发生4起暴发疫情,暴发点人群平均罹患率为16.78%,均为饮水污染或饮料污染所致。[结论]其他感染性腹泻病发病以儿童为主,男性高于女性,夏季与秋季为发病高峰。[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Luoyang city,2004-2008,so as to provide scientific basis for disease control-strategy making.[Methods]The data of other infectious diarrhea cases reported in Luoyang from 2004-2008 were analyzed in a descriptive way.[Results]14 863 cases of other infectious diarrhea in total were reported and the annual incidence was 46.50/105.The incidence was 43.17/105,40.70/105,53.98/105,53.50/105 and 41.16/105 respectively.The annual incidence was 53.84/105 in males,38.84/105 in females（P0.05）;256.04/105 in 0-5 years old;27.43/105 in 6-14 years old;23.25/105 in 15-29 years old;26.24/105 in 30-44 years old;28.56/105 in 45-59 years old;63.94/105 in ≥60 years old.In 14 863 reported cases,41.43% of the disease occurred in June-August;14.44% of the disease occurred in November;40.24% of patients were children from 0-5 years old.4 outbreaks occurred in total.The average attack rate was 16.78% in outbreak area,which were all caused by pollutions of drinking water or beverage.[Conclusion]Patients suffering from other infectious diarrhea are primarily children,males higher than females,summer and autumn are peaks.
