2009～2010年克拉玛依市性传播疾病流行特征分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析克拉玛依市2009-2010年性传播疾病（STD）的流行趋势与流行特点,为制定相应的有效预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]对克拉玛依市2009-2010年性病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2009-2010年合计报告8种性病818例,年均发病率为104.91/10万。年发病率,2009年为129.98/10万、2010年为80.31/10万（P〈0.01）。年均发病率,生殖道沙眼衣原体为43.73/10万,尖锐湿疣为20.39/10万,梅毒为15.90/10万,淋病为13.85/10万,艾滋病为9.11/10万,生殖器疱疹为1.92/10万;男性为69.62/10万,女性为152.82/10万（P〈0.01）;0-9岁为0.89/10万,10-14岁为0.13/10万,15-19岁为1.41/10万,20-29岁为29.11/10万,30-39岁为27.45/10万,40-49岁为21.80/10万,50-82岁为24.11/10万（P〈0.01）;克拉玛依区为62.33/10万,独山子区为18.98/10万,白碱滩区为20.78/10万,乌尔禾区为2.82/10万（P〈0.01）。818例中,工人占46.58%。[结论]克拉玛依市性病疫情呈下降趋势,女性、青壮年发病率较高。[Objective] To understand the epidemic trend and epidemiological characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases in Karamay,so as to provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of sexually transmitted diseases in Karamay,2009-2010.[Results]In 2009-2010,8 kinds and 818 cases of sexually transmitted diseases were reported in Karamay,the aanual average incidence of diseases was 104.91/105.The annual average incidence of diseases was 129.98/105 in 2009,80.31/105 in 2010（P0.01）.the annual average incidence of diseases was 104.91/105,Chlamydia trachomatis was43.73/105,Condyloma Acuminatum was 20.39/105 syphilis was 15.90/105,gonorrhea was 13.85/105,AIDS was 9.17/105,genital herpes was 1.92/105;the average incidence of diseases was 69.62/105 in males,and 152.82/105 in females（P0.01）.the average incidence was 0.89/105（0-9）,0.13/105（10-14）,1.41/105（15-19）,29.11/105（20-29）,27.45/105（30-39）,21.80/105（40-49）,and 24.11 /105（50-82）（P0.01）;and it was 62.33/105 in Karamay district,18.98/105 in Dushanzi district,20.78/105 in Baijiantan district,2.82/105 in Wuerhe district（P0.01）.In 818 cases,the workers accounted for 46.58%.[Conclusion]The overall epidemic of STD is dropping in Karamay city,and it is higher in the females and the young and middle-aged.
