1988～2009年青岛市新诊断尘肺病例流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解青岛市尘肺发生、发展规律,为尘肺防治提供科学依据。[方法]将1988-2009年尘肺病例资料信息录入Excel,利用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分类汇总。[结果]22年新诊断尘肺病例1 050例,其中男性761例,女性289例,男女比例为2.6∶1。每年均有新发尘肺,年均47例,其中1989年尘肺新发病例最多为122例。病种构成主要是矽肺、石棉肺、石墨尘肺、电焊工尘肺、铸工尘肺,分别占全部诊断病例的46.10%、36.86%、6.48%、3.81%、2.38%,地区分布主要在李沧区、平度市、莱西市、胶州市,主要集中在有色金属、纺织、机械三大行业,合并活动性肺结核的尘肺病例114例,合并率10.86%。[结论]青岛市尘肺防治形势不容乐观,防治重点在有色金属、纺织、机械三大系统。[Objective] To understand the law of occurrence and development of pneumoconiosis in Qingdao city,so as to provide basis for prevention and cure strategy.[Methods]Information of the pneumoconiosis cases from 1988 to 2009 were entered into EXCEL,classified by SPSS17.0 analysis of statistical software.[Results]A total of 1 050 cases of pneumoconiosis were newly diagnosed in the last 22 years,male,761cases,female,289 cases,male-female ratio was 2.6∶1.The disease appeared every year,47 cases annually,1989,122 cases of pneumoconiosis,was the biggest year.The main types of pneumoconiosis consisted of silicosis,asbestosis,graphite pneumoconiosis,welders pneumoconiosis,caster pneumoconiosis,accounting for 46.10%,36.86%,6.48%,3.81%,and 2.38%.Geographical distribution mainly were Licang district,Pingdu,Laixi and Jiaozhou cities.Mainly distributed in non-ferrous metals,textiles,and machinery industries.114 cases of pneumoconiosis combined with active tuberculosis,combining rate of 10.86%.[Conclusion]It is not optimistic for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis in Qingdao city,control focus is on the systems of non-ferrous metals,textiles and machinery.
