摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者的临床治疗与护理措施。方法我院于2008年12月至2010年12月对收治的糖尿病肾病患者采用氯沙坦联合安体舒通治疗,并探讨了临床治疗过程中的护理措施。结果经过积极的治疗与护理,治疗后与治疗前比较,血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白排泄率及血压均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论早期采用全面的护理干预措施,应用氯沙坦联合安体舒通治疗可显著改善糖尿病肾病患者的病情。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and nursing measures. Methods The hospital in December 2008--December 2010 on patients with diabetic nephropathy were treated with Losartan spironolactone treatment,and discusses the clinical treatment of nursing.Results After active treatment and Care,before and after treatment,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urinary albumin excretion rate and blood pressure were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early use of comprehensive care interventions,the United losartan spironolactone treatment can significantly improve the condition of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
