摘　　要：目的评估梅州市公共场所杀虫灭鼠效果,推动城区除四害工作。方法在消杀前后各做1次密度监测,用密度下降率评估杀灭效果。结果梅州市城区此次公共场所杀虫灭鼠活动后蝇、蚊、鼠密度下降率分别为57%、25.7%、18.8%。结论灭蝇效果较明显,灭蚊、鼠未收到预期效果;防治病媒生物应在环境治理的基础上,根据防治靶标选择药物和器械,方能取得最佳杀灭效果。Objective To Evaluate the insect and rodent killing effect in the public place of Meizhou,and promote the pest control work in city.Method Monitoring the density before and after control the insect and using density decline rate to evaluate the killing effect.Results The density decline rate of fly,mosquito,and rat after control were 57%,25.7% and 18.8%,respectively.Conclusions Kill effect of flies was obvious,but inefficiency to mosquito and rat.In order to gain the best kill effect we must control the insect base on the environment management,select drugs and apparatus according to control target pest.
