摘 要:对比了粗壮串珠霉、黄绿青霉和黄杆菌属对神府煤、光氧化神府煤及焦磷酸钠碱液碱提后的光氧化煤的生物转化的效果,发现粗壮串珠霉转化碱提光氧化6 h的神府煤8 d后的腐植酸产率达到最高为35.54%,总转化率为39.72%,说明粗壮串珠霉与光氧化6 h神府煤具有匹配性,光-生联合转化神府煤具有良好的协同效应.对光-生联合转化后神府煤的元素分析和FTIR分析发现:光-生联合转化神府煤能提高神府煤的H/C比、O/C比和N/C比,并且能够减少煤结构中芳环含量,同时增加脂肪链和含氧官能团的含量.The Shenfu coal(SFC),photo-oxidized SFC and residues from extraction of SFC with sodium pyrophosphate were bio-converted by Monilia crassa Sh.Et Dodge,Penicillium citreo-viride Biourge and Flavobacterium Bergey et al,1923.97,respectively.The results of bio-conversion are compared and show that SFC is converted by photo-oxidiation for 6 hr compared to Monilia crassa Sh.Et Dodge for 8 days.The total conversion yield is 39.72% and the yield of humic acid is up to 35.54%.The matching ability between Monilia crassa Sh.Et Dodge and 6 hr photo-oxidized SFC is indicated and has a synergistic effect that combine photo-oxidation with bio-conversion.The SFC is converted by photo-biological co-conversion,and analyzed with elementary analysis and FTIR.The results show that;the H/C,O/C and N/C are enhanced by photo-biological co-conversion,the quantity of aromatic ring decreased,while the quantity of aliphatic chains and oxygen functional groups increased.
