摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立某地下防护工程隧洞被覆结构模型,对被覆混凝土冬季施工期的浇筑过程进行仿真分析,采用ANSYS参数设计语言(APDL)编程模拟混凝土温度场变化过程,分析施工过程中混凝土内部不同时间的温度场及温度应力,从而得出合理的温控防裂措施。结果表明,采用综合温控防裂技术后,混凝土的温度应力增加变缓,且均小于抗拉强度,混凝土基本不出现裂缝,有效保证了地下工程的安全性与耐久性。The finite element software ANSYS is applied to set up the tunnel coating structure model of a underground defensive engineering, and the pouring process of coating concrete during winter construction is analyzed by simulation. The parameter design language of ANSYS (APDL) is adopted to simulate the change progress of temperature field, and temperature field and temperature stress during different construction time in concrete interior are indicated to point out temperature control and crack prevention measures. The results show that the use of temperature control and crack prevention technology can slow the increase of concrete temperature stress, make concrete temperature stress smaller than its tensile strength, and stop concrete crack basically, which can assure the safety and durability of underground engineering.
