摘　　要：目的采用梯度洗脱法测定不同配比金银花、连翘药对中绿原酸和连翘脂素。方法采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL/min,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长330 nm。结果不同配比金银花连翘中两种成分的量差异明显。结论金银花连翘的配比对于其中的有效成分量有显著影响。AIM To determine chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside in different combination of Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus by gradient elution.METHODS The Diamonsil column was used.The acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid was used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 330 nm,gradient elution.RESULTS The contents of active ingredients in Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus with different combination were different.CONCLUSION The different combinations of Lonicerae japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus can affect the contents of the active ingredients.
